DES You are absolutely right about the control issues.

Communication and bucking that all knowing father authority for

control of my life has always been a problem. I don't know why I

thought I this issue would be any different. Keep the motivation

coming. I love reading you posts to everyone. You are so uplifting!

I may apply for attitude lessons, honey child. lol!

BLAIR You are right about friends. I have a really close friend

here in town that backs me up 100%. She and I have begun walking

together. The girls at work are very supportive as well. I have yet

to discuss this with my best girlfriend yet. She lives out of town

but I know she will be supportive of whatever I want.

Since then I have also gotten the support of my grandparents. They

are in FL but we keep AT & T in business. They tell me there is only

one winning team... " Our team " . So I am finding what I need in other

areas. Thanks for your support.

LEILLA Thanks for your post. The funny thing about the spelling

of my name... Daddy decided on the spelling, because he wanted me to

be unique. It is one of my favorite things about me! (He's not a

bad guy... just unable to relate to this issue) :-)

REBEKA Your right about not giving up! I said that very thing to

my walking buddy today. Ironically, " Don;t just give up " was the next

to last thing Dad said on the phone to me tonight. Just before " I

love you " ;-)

I am ready to hit the ground running. Anybody out there, close to

Sumter, SC that can suggest a good PCP, just in case the new doc I

will see on the 11th doesn't suit my needs?
