Guest guest
Hello all, I am aware this is the Pancreas board. But PLEASE, I have a question. I am going crazy with worry about my son, again. I have written about a few medical problems is having. I found out he has bilateral mucoid retentive cysts and mild diviated septum that will be dealt with in August. I am happy this isn't what my son thought it was (cancer) and is not a medical emergency after all as the allergist made it seem to be. At least the ENT doesn;t seem to think so. BUT, this is where I need advise from someone who might know something. My son had an eye exam where the doctor told me he had pigmentation of the retina in both eyes and has us reffered out to a retinal specialist in July. He wouldn't elborate further on this. When I type into any web search engine pigmentation of the retinas it comes back Retinitits Pigmentosus (sp). It doesn't come back as anything different. Does anyone know if pigmentation of the retina can mean anything else? 3 more weeks to wait and find out is driving me crazy and playing heck with my pancreas as my stress level is out of control. If anyone has any knowledge on this, I really would appreciate it. Thanks for letting me talk aboutmy son. Sandy in California
