Some days I feel like I can mow down the fridge, next day, I'm lucky to get enough food on board to take my vites. And that seems to be the norm in our live support group. > > 2. I think I revert back to eating what's on my plate because my brain is over HERE solinv ghis problem, insteada connected to what/how I am eating. I need to be ever vigilent. No one would cancel WLS based on your result. You know, skinny peope use food to jack up a low serotonin level, too. It just doesn't show on them because they can burn calories. WE store them. And very efficiently, too, thank you very much. > > Didn't mean to get so long here, but would love to hear from others > who have been through similar things. Thanks. ********** have had 2 gains, both times sugar. One was Peeps, one was fruit. Same idea, though. Eating just a lil every few hours, not enough to dump, just enough to gain wt. But since I don't believe it is a mental disorder (for the vast majority of us), I use nutritonal tools to beat it down into submission. So far, it has worked. Maybe I am imaging that it works. Whatever, I weigh about 108 as we speak. And that's OK, even though it's not perfect. DO NOT ASK WHAT PERFECT IS, becausw whatever it is, I cannot attain it. It's the American way. > > ===== > Gates > MSN: inala > AIM: kareninalb > Open RNY 10/8/02, > Dr. Mora, Prattville, AL > 348.5/200.5/proud & healthy! > > > > > Homepage: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Graduate-OSSG > > Unsubscribe: mailto:Graduate-OSSG-unsubscribe > > > > >

If it is something I need to do Please tell me.I am wanting the mayo recipe badely to make the chicken nuggets for my son. He has autism and I am going to starting the scd intro as soon as I can get the book. I had MAYONNAISE from Allergy Free Cooking 1 egg 1 tsp dry mustard 1/2 tsp sea salt 3 TBL lemon juice 1 cup safflower or sunflower oil 1 TBL hot water (optional) In a blender, combine the egg, mustard, salt and lemon juice and blend well. With the blender still running, add the oil in a steady slow stream and blend until all oil is emulsified. Blend in 1 TBL hot water to stabilize. Refrigerate in a covered container and use within one week or serve immediately. Carol F. SCD , 6 years, celiac

I have written down I can have old-fashioned pepto bismol - anything else? Also, activated charcoal might help. But pepto bismal can be quite effective. Guest guest
Is activated charcoal through the internet? I don't have a health food store near me. Guest guest
I use Country Life. You may want to check, but I think that all of the ingredients are legal. Take care, June > > > > > Is there anything that I can take over the counter for severe " D " ?
