Guest guest Posted July 10, 2002 Report Share Posted July 10, 2002 I know that marijuana is used a lot by people on chemotherapy-to give them an appetite so they can eat again. (I guess the chemo makes you really sick) and here in Boston if you happen to get pulled over while smoking it, if you hand the police officer your "chemo" card along with your license they'll basically ignore the fact that you and your car smell like pot- (kind of an unspoken "pass") At least that is what my girlfriend (who has had many rounds of chemo has told me).
