Hi All,

I'm going to be away from the computer tomorrow, so I thought that I

would post my 30 day report today. I am down 30 pounds as of this

morning and I am thrilled! I am feeling well, I can eat anything that

I want, and my severe acid reflux has been gone since I woke up from

surgery. I REALLY wanted to lose that thirty pounds in my first

month, but have to admit that I made no effort to diet or eat right

on my part. I have not started an exercise plan yet, but will very

soon. The very best part of this whole experence is that I wake up

with hope each and every day. My life was at a standstill before

surgery because I was so unhealthy and out of control with my eating.

I feel a renewed strength from having control over my eating, rather

than my eating having control over me. I expect a lot of positive

changes in the coming year and I have to give thanks to God and to

Dr. Rutledge for giving me back my will to live!
