Hi Judy: Welcome. You've arrived in a good place with lots of warm and friendly

people. I

had MGB on May 31 and am down 60 pounds (in three months). This is the best

thing I ever

did for myself.

Hi Judy,

I had the MGB on 7/17/00 and I've lost 33 lbs. so far with no

problems. Dr. R is great and really cares about his patients. This is

the best thing I've ever done for myself. Good luck on your journey.

JUDY, I am new too. I had my physical yesterday and My pcp is ready for me to

get the surgery

NOW. I too am scared but with all this support I feel we can't go wrong. I am

from Charlotte

originally but live in Orange Park, Florida now. I do not work outside the

home but am very busy

here with 2 Children still at home. I do have a part time Job when I can work

it into my

schedule.
