Want to Double Check re: contacts

Hi, I have been on this list since February 19th. I will be changing

insurance plans and have in writing from my Benefits depts. that I

will be eligible for the surgery in January. As I finish my packet,

I want to double check if you can list for contacts people who have

posted their experience and continue to post there progress. I have

spoken to 7 people and was going to use 3 more who shared their

experience with the group via this board. Is that OK. (I probably

need 4 more because I think I should delete a person I previously

contacted). I have been following many of your successes and some of

your disappointments for along time. If I can use emails may I have

your permission...(FLO, GENZ, TRISH (2), STORMY, NANCY, PENNY,
