Dawn,

I have experienced two things with my back. The first is definitely

related to the flare and is alongside my spine, middle to upper

back. Also, because of my muscle weakness (pred. and no exercise for

6 months) I get severe pain in my lower back if I stand still too

long, or if I lean over too much. It gets severe enough that I can't

walk until I sit or lay down and rest for a few minutes. It goes

away then, that's why I know it's not connective tissue flaring.

What is your experience?

By the way, I belong to another group for a condition I have called

Palindromic Rheumatism and I get the two groups and all of the

symptoms confused too! What fun!

M
