Guest guest
I don't post very often, but wanted to let you know that my packet is sitting here on my desk, waiting for the Fed Ex person to come pick it up. I cried when I put everything in there last nite. Taking my pictures was difficult. My daughter came upstairs in tears after writing her letter - she said writing that letter of support was one of the hardest things she's had to do was write about her Mom, because she knows how much of a battle weight has been. What a great kid I have. Thank you to all of you who were kind enough to be contact people for me. To those of you who are post-ops - keep posting! Reading your progress, what you struggle with, etc. is very inspirational to those of us " in waiting " as well as informative. If Dr. R approves me, surgery will be in January, 2001. I'll be driving from Wisconsin - so if anyone would like to share with me Hotel suggestions, things to do for a day or two, what the weather is like in January - anything, I'd be very grateful. Thank You. Weeks Waunakee, WI PS - I heard about an aircraft carrier that is stationed somewhere in South Carolina that you can tour. Anyone know about this?
