Not quite right, the numbers are closer to 750 billion CFU's in one

cup of yogurt.

There are recipes for nut yogurt at

http://pecanbread.com/recipes.html

I don't think there is a coconut yogurt recipe in the recipe section at

pecanbread.com .... just the other nut yogurts. I am not sure how to go about

doing the coconut yogurt. If anyone else knows, please post it... and we'll see

if we can add that to the website.

Thanks Sheila,

That's the number I thought should be there if fermenting for 24

hours. My wife and I were giving our 3.5 year old daughter the goat

milk yoghurt up until a few weeks ago. She started to get that all

too familiar stomach pains like we had before SCD (started 7-1-06)so

we pulled that and broccoli. She seems to be doing better now, so I

am thinking about bringing back the goat yoghurt. I would also like

to try the coconut yoghurt if someone knows of a recipe.

Broccoli is part of the cabbage family and can be gas forming, cause C

or D. You may want to wait on it and other cabbage family veggies for

a while longer. Other cabbage family veggies include:

cauliflower, cabbage, kale, brussel sprouts. These can be trouble

even if they are cooked.
