Guest guest
Heidi, I have been on Oxycontin 40mg for 4 months and I want to go to a lower dose sooo bad. As far as being more active I would take it one day at a time. I feel like I want to run and jump and do the things I did before I got CP. But I know if I do I will pay for it tomorrow. I felt so good yesterday and didn't have to take any of my breakthrough pain meds. HIP HIP HOORAY!!!!! I have to let Mark know that I am a true morning coffee drinker. At least two cups in the morning. After I read his story on coffee I only drank one cup yesterday and after that one cup I noticed I was becoming nauseous. I didn't drink any more and I had the best day I have had in months. Maybe if was just a fluke but I will see how today goes. Are you still working? I am working full time and by Friday I feel so bad that I just lay around the whole weekend. I just started cooking again since I have moved into my new mobile home. I cooked for my daughter and her friend and my son also stopped by. It felt great. I just got divorced in June. My daughter who is 14 has moved back in with me. She and my son who is 17 went to live with their father three years ago because of the way my 2nd husband treated them. I wanted to get them out so that they wouldn't see the physical and verbal abuse I went through. Well now my 1st husband (the kids dad) has been my shoulder to lean on. We have been close as friends and we even do things together with the kids. (Weird huh) The kids I know would like to see us back together but I prefer us to be close friends and not risk losing that. How long ago were you diagnosed? Is yours caused by drinking? I know these are personal questions so you don't have to answer but I am curious to know how many have diagnosed with CP caused by drinking.
