Guest guest
Hello all. Well i went to see my doc today and now i'm more confused than ever. My MRCP came back that my pancreas was fine, no inflamation and that I didn't have pancreatitis. The only thing it showed was that I have divisum. It also showed that my gall bladder had a minor amount of sludge and beginnings of stones. Now my doc told me that gall bladder pain is different than the pain i've been having. He said it would be intermittent and not constant like I have. He said they may next year take out my gall bladder but it probably wouldn't help with my pain. I'm so confused now. Cause basically he doesn't think anything is wrong with my pancreas other than the divisum and doesn't think my pain is pancreatitis. But he's ordering an EUS to be done in the fall sometime to just to be sure. But why would I be having all this pain. It's constantly on the upper left quadrent and in my back. My husband can't even hug me cause it hurts so much. My lipase is always elevated in thousands. I vomit every week, i'm pouring in sweat, diarhea, bad gas, exhaustion and just can't function. And why if my gall bladder is starting to get stones wouldn't they take it out? I would love any suggestions or advice. I've been sick for over a year and i'm only 27. Thanks, Jen
