Well, the olive oil and vinegar are SCD legal, so what we need is an SCD

version of your spice mix. Could you post the ingredients in your current

illegal mixture to me? <g> Be sure to note that it IS an illegal mix. Then

I can look at it and see what can be figured out.

I'm pretty good at spice mixtures -- friend of mine who is trying to do SCD

for herself and her husband swore hubby would never give up his Tony

Chacherie's Cajun Seasoning.... well, at risk of my poor tastebuds, I

managed to duplicate the thing! And Eileen is delighted because the

Chacherie's is about half salt, and she's supposed to be low-salt. So now

they have two bottles. One with salt for her husband, and one without for

her!
