Guest guest
I found a link online for my old standby diet when coming off clear liquids and resuming " normal " food, the Gastrointestinal Two diet. This is a low fat, low residue medical diet which I've always used to transition from liquids back to food. Keep in mind this advice is coming from someone who is essentially on predigested adult baby formula at the moment (LOL!) but maybe it will give you some ideas.... http://www.seattlecca.org/patientsandfamilies/nutrition/nutritionDiets guidelines\ /gastrointestinalDiet2.htm This link says grits are OK and I never could tolerate grits when resuming food. A southerner that can't eat grits! Margaret
