Guest guest Posted October 15, 2006 Report Share Posted October 15, 2006 Michele, It would be best to intro ONE new food at a time, and carefully observe any changes.... you certainly don't want things to get worse.... so you need to know which food is causing what so you can easily pull it back out if need be. Just make sure everything is peeled and cooked.... and that you're starting with veggies and fruits that are generally easier to digest (ie; no broccoli or cabbage, etc.).
