I used a heating pad, humidifier and finally talked with a pharmacist. He said get your sinius' under control and the pounding will stop. He was right...I use a nasal spray, had samples of Flonase and Nasonex used them twice a day, plus an Ibruprofen pill. It really worked for me, maybe worth a try.
