Does anyone get pain in the shoulder/heart area in FRONT? I got

that the other day and it was excruciating. I thought I was having

a heart attack or like I felt after the GB surgery when they pump

you full of air.....awful feeling!! Is this relative to the panc or

SOD at all? I haven't gotten that one until now so I just assumed

that I had gas trapped in there or I was having a heart problem.
