Guest guest
Oh sweet Liz, I can't imagine you ever complaining, you are such a joy to talk to. I hate you had to wait so long for your apt. but glad that things are looking good. Now stay healthy as you fly to Paris, then write us and tell us all about it. I wish I could go in your suitcase but I am afraid I wouldn't fit. lol Love you Lu My rheumy visit was slightly unsatisfactory because I had to wait for ages, but I know it was because he had an emergency. He sees me when I have them so I can't complain!! Anyway the nose and ears are looking less inflamed and I KNOW it is not painful like before, so I am going to stay on 15mg pred until after the trip, then start reducing again when the worst of the jet lag is over. I find I get bored with myself!! The situation here will take a little time to resolve (it's far too complicated to explain!) but other people have assured me it is not me being supersensitive!! I know the person who was nasty is having a hard time, mostly of her own making, but I don't expect she realises that!! But I think when we get to Paris, things will sort themselves out. I wish I could take you - and the others - to Paris. We could have such fun, mind you our joints will hurt more because its damp, and its a city where you tend to walk a lot so..... Of course that is compared with Southern Cal, if you are in a damp climate already, I suppose it would not make a lot of difference. Also in the house there my room is on the third floor and I get REALLY out of breath going up and down!!!! I am looking forward to the change!! Thank you for cheering me up, Lu, and take care of those feet. Hopefully they will be able to give you some relief when you finally get to see someone. My father had some lipomas, but on his head, so it wasn't a problem except aesthetically, and he didn't care about that. Anyway, they disappeared of their own accord, maybe yours will!!
