Guest guest
This is great news, Tammy. I'm so glad you stuck it out. I had a feeling it was die-off. I hope you continue to see more great changes! Patti Yogurt Update ) Hi, Just wanted to share that my 6 yr. old twins have adjusted nicely to the goat's milk yogurt. I posted a while back that they weren't doing well on it and that was because they were having symptoms of a die off at that time. I just kept giving them tiny amounts of it every other day and their bodies have adjusted to it. My ASD son has made wonderful gains in school in the past few weeks and I really think it is from his getting rid of more yeast in his gut. Thanks to all for much advice, I love this board!!!
