Guest guest
Hello , Are you in the UK? The bars I buy are from Sainsbury's supermarkets. They have a section for gluten-free foods. They also do a good gluten-free cereal bar but it has slightly more fat and I also prefer the chewiness of the nutty one. Do you follow a gluten- free diet for any particular reason? Do you have CP? I am interested in knowing if any other CP patients choose gluten-free foods for any reason. I have so far remained, almost totally, on the GF diet I was prescribed in 1988 when I got my coeliac diagnosis, although I have tried just a few times recently to eat foods containing gluten. This last week I tried again and didn't feel too well. However, as we all know only too well, CP is a patchy condition; you can have bad spells even when you've been doing quite well. I can't say whether or not the gluten played any part. I'll try again when I'm going through a good spell. Hope you find some good foods! Good luck, Fliss (UK)
