Hello,

I just joined the group. I decided seriously this time to try the SCD diet on

my son.

I had already tried it on myself a few months ago, and was feeling great,

wasn't feeling

as much sleepy as I always used to be.

My son's only problem apart from being very picky, he is fond of pasta, plain

boiled

GFCF pasta. Where can I find an SCD pasta that has the same taste of the real

pasta ?

Please help

Thank you

Fayrouz (mom of 4)

The pasta we make from zucchini is really good. Peel a zucchini and cut it into

long flat

thin strios with the vegetable peeler and saute in butter or oil until

translucent. You can

also use spaghetti squash.

Pasta is made with grain flour which contains a starch that is not digestible

and will feed

bad bacteria. The enzymes we allow will not help digest pasta but good news!!:

Here is a recipe fro SCD LEGAL Gnocchi
