Guest guest
Bob, thank you for keeping us updated on . Gosh, I wish there was something I could do to help. I'm glad her lungs and heart are okay. Are they going to add another medication to the pred? My flares always subsided on a high dose of pred, so I don't have an answer to your question. I'm sorry. Please give her my best and let her know I am thinking of her and pray she is over the flare soon. hugs
Guest guest
well of La made it back from Mayo Last friday. She was tested head to toe and has no lung or heart damage. But she has a severe case of RP and drug induced diabetes...they said she was on too much medication and would be sending a letter out to her reumy in shreveport, of course nothing yet and today is wed. but she is still in a flare and has been on pred up to 60 mg per day and now is on 45 mg per day but no improvement. how long do these flares last? so we are still waiting to change meds...as she has been on pred for over 4 months. bob lindsay __________________________________________________
