Guest guest Posted August 31, 2006 Report Share Posted August 31, 2006 Hi all, I am wondering exactly what is meant by introducing foods slowly after the intro diet. For example, the first food I will probably try is pear (boiled) - So, I figure I am supposed to continue eating the intro foods and just add the boiled pear for a certain amount of time. But, how much of the pear should I eat the first day (1/2 or whole thing)? And how many days should I continue before I add each additional food? And one more question regarding pears and apples: There are many different varieties of both apples and pears (I used to eat bosc pears because my local store has organic ones) - but are any of the different varieties that are illegal for some reason?
