Took cocoa for its high magnesium. Seem to have less knots in the muscles. Re: Sharyn & Rib pain Hi Sharyn,my rib cage in the back, has hurt everyday since December. It does spread to the front also, but I have been aware of the discomfort in the back, everyday.
