Sorry, one of the rules (yes, we actually have some) that attorneys have

to abide by requires that we can't give advice to somebody represented

by another attorney.

Hey, ...You did it again I see! I envy all those you have helped to get

insurance approval! I am still fighting Prudential. Even though I have the

same plan as Memory and Bernie who have both been covered

100%!! I am going to attend my Level Two appeals Meeting on the 14th. A

really nice guy in the appeals office looked over my file and said he

thought it looked great but there was a sticky note on my file that says Dr.

R is patients PREFERENCE! How do you fight that asinine statement? YES, he

IS my preference...But only because it is SAFER and the most efficient WLS

out there!! I am taking the Manual (again) and the Paper (again) and the 3rd

letter from my PCP and a third letter from me! I will have an attorney with

me for the meeting but really do not know if this will be a benefit to me or
