To everyone,

I must have 8 more contacts to complete my packet. If anyone can

give me any pointers, examples, answers, hints, and just anything it

would be greatly appreciated.

Tell me why you wanted to have the MGB, why Dr. Rutledge, When you

had it, How is your progress, How long it took from your final

decision to have it done until you were on your way to surgery. And

anything else after the MGB that you did that made you feel better.
