Self Pay Durham Hosp. Refund!

I was self pay on 8/10/00. Durham Hospital requires a $11,000 dollar

deposit the day of surgery and promises to refund anything that is

not used. As of today I had not heard a word from Durham on the

refund. So I called....Drum roll please............My total bill was

$6004.98! Bringing the MGB total to $10,385.98. I think this might

be a new cost record.

I am very pleased! Now I don't have to kill my husband for buying a

boat the minute we got home from Durham.
