Guest guest
All the legal nuts on this list have this written afterward.... " Nuts sold in mixtures are not allowed, as most are roasted with a starch coating. Nuts should only be used as nut flour, in recipes, until darrhea has subsided. " I thought that when one has diarrhea or even loose stools, that nut flour should be avoided, or used infrequently? Thanks for any feedback! Guest guest
Ronnie, The legal/Illegal List was written for adults with GI problems. Most adults with GI problems are on heavy medication and can tolerate new foods more quickly then children with ASD or other disorders who are not on medication. I agree that caution is needed.
