Technically, it's called a panniculectomy. If you put that word in a

search engine, like http://www.altavista.com or http://www.goto.com,

it will turn up a lot of pages about it.

There are some pictures of what a Fobi panniculectomy looks like on

my

website at: http://www.fourlane.com/whymgb.htm

Here's another site: http://www.tulsafpsc.com/tummytuck.html

The page below has a lot of pictures but the picture he chose for

that

page indicates to me he has poor judgment since obviously, that

woman's pictures were put up for the morbid curiosity value -- her

situation is certainly not typical -- not to mention that it doesn't

look like he did much for that poor woman but mutilate her.

I wouldn't go to that particular doctor because his skill (on the

" normal " panniculectomies) seems to be poor, if the pictures are any

indication and his website is weird -- he does " liposuction " on a

statue, for instance (takes a statue and changes it with touch up

software to show what it would look like if it had surgery -- but no

scar of course. I would rather see real patients and there are other

things on his page that make it seem like he is just plain weird and

his website is really disorganized.)

(go to the bottom of the page for clickons of other patients)

Here's a plastic surgery association referral website:
