Help! First night problems!!!

Tonight is the first night for my twins Paige and Chase in their DOC

Bands. Paige keeps having a red spot on the back of her head and has a

little lump, and she is also having a red spot between her eyes. it

took prety far over an hour for the marks to fade completely. She is

also screaming with discomfort. Chase has a rash where the band was.

Could this be a heat rash from all of the sweating?? He also has a

couple of red marks that took over an hour to fade, and a mark that the

helmet made on his face where his sideburn area is. Is this normal or

should I keep both of their bands off for the night until I can get a

hold of CT in the morning??
