Once I sent my online information to Dr. R I received a response from him, as

well as my letter to my insurance company, within a couple of hours. I would

call his office to make sure they received your info.

Please don't be sad . Barbara from what I understand is really

swamped. If you don't hear from her maybe you could call her Monday and

schedule your clinic appointment (I'm assuming that's what you're referring

to) or email her at DW.clos.net explaining to her that you sent in online the

request for a clinic appointment and had not heard anything and I' m sure

she'll get back to you as soon as she can. Don't be sad, we've all just got

to take all of this one day at a time, do some deep breathing and realize

that we'll get there one way or the other.

I'm feeling a little sad. I want and need this

procedure done. I feel as though I don't have anyone

to talk to. It seems to be taking so much time to get

my package completed, and it's all I'm focused on! I

can't wait until I can exclaim that I have a surgery

date!!! If I've completed the online appointment

application, shouldn't I have heard back from Barbara??
