True diarrhea means loose, runny, watery. Mushy, unformed stools are not

" diarrhea " .... but formed stools are the goal.

Yes, behavior and other things are what many parents go by, but you should (once

your kids are actually ON the diet) begin to see stools improve, too.

Diahrea question

When you all say " diahrea " , does that mean loose, runny stools? None

of my kids have that. Two that I know of definitely have " mush "

mostly, but not loose or runny; does that constitute diahrea? Also,

the baby has very formed stools, but I know he must have gut issues

regardless.

Is sometimes behavior & other things a better sign of moving on within

the diet then stools?

I need to know as we start soon...

Thanks, Michele
