Guest guest
I can't believe it, I have Dr. R's approval and a date. My date is next Fri., Sept. 15. Does anyone else have that date, I don't remember seeing it. I've already been to clinic. It's wonderful to have hope now, next Fri. will truly be the first day of the rest of my life. Thank you to everyone who has written info here to help make this decision. I can't wait till next Fri.!!! in Charlotte

If I can do anything to help a fellow Tarheel, just let me know. I live in Warrenton, which is 50 miles east of Durham up near the Virginia line. Guest guest
, I would be glad to be your contact when I'm on " the other side. " It sounds great! I can't go to the meeting Sat. because my son is coming to visit from Greensboro. I would like to go the next time. I don't live far from Charlotte Catholic. I live off Carmel Rd. in Montebello. I have gone back to college (after 3 sons graduated) at UNCC. Maybe we could meet for lunch and talk one day. My phone number is 540-9314. Thanks and good luck to youl - -- In MiniGastricBypass (AT) egroups (DOT) com, srozycki@s... wrote: > , that is great news for you. You had Cigna too!!! Guest guest
Marg, Please let me know if you keep the date. I have my fingers crossed for you. I'd love to have you for my littermate, I enjoy reading your posts and how you support everyone. I'm going as a sort of self-pay. My ins. is paying " out of network " (the company overrode the ins. co.) so I will pay and get refunded what they pay. I want this so badly I didn't want to wait. Good luck and let me know. -- In MiniGastricBypass (AT) egroups (DOT) com, mmhammy@a... wrote: > I have that date tenatively, I am hoping for some miracle that > insurance comes through if not I guess I will be going another time. Guest guest
I'm just staying in Durham Thur. & Fri. night if everything goes okay. I asked Dr. Rutledge if I could come back to Charlotte (at clinic) and he said yes if everything is okay. I called Med Stay and they said the closest motel is Red Roof Inn. Is this motel okay or should I stay somewhere else? I remember someone in the past saying what a terrible place one of the motels was but I don't remember which motel. Anyone have a suggestion? Keep me posted Marg. in Charlotte -- In MiniGastricBypass (AT) egroups (DOT) com, srozycki@s... wrote: > , I see you are staying in Durham is this just overnight for you > for convience or are you staying 7 days like some out of staters. Guest guest
: I stayed at the Duke Towers. I really liked it here and they also give you a discount for being one of Dr. R's patients. http://duketower.com/rates.htm here is the website if you are interested. I am also from Charlotte. I work in Charlotte off of Billy Graham. Good Luck! Re: Approval & date > I'm just staying in Durham Thur. & Fri. night if everything goes > okay.
