Guest guest Posted August 18, 2004 Report Share Posted August 18, 2004 If the video was done as part of a study or to be used in a teaching setting, you would have had to sign to agree to that of course, but then that film would belong to the hospital. I dont know if that is the case, just a thought. Also, can you go down to medical records and radiology and get them. I had to get some films sent and I just called the radiology reading room and the gentleman said he would have them done by the next day. Perfect. A video would be harder if there were no other copies. But it is still your record and as long as it wasn't a study thing it should belong legally to you. That is a tricky one huh.
