Hi everyone,

My name is . I seriously was looking into this a few months ago but

let it go. Not anymore, that is it. I already sent in my the paperwork on

line. Does anyone know how long it takes for them to get back to me? Just

curious. I know my insurance will not cover this because I am on state

insurance so I am hoping the doc goes to bat for me. Say a prayer. I am

glad

to be back though.
