Otherwise, any suggestions? > Sorry Dena, not legal, very fibrous and irritaing. Cooked cauliflower seems to work for me but we know it is also gassy. I understand if when cooking it you leave the lid open a little it helps make it more digestible. I'm not sure how far along you are but cauliflower is at the advanced end of intermediate foods if you consult The Stages on Pecanbread under food preparation.. Carol F. If you have a question about a specific item's legality, you can always go check first at Elaine's website: www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info .... and click on the " Legal/Illegal " list. The link is always down at the bottom of every message that goes through our group/list. You can go read more there to see exactly what Elaine said about psyillium. If one needs to incorporate more fiber, finely group almond flour, or other nut flours are helpful there.
