Guest guest Posted November 6, 2006 Report Share Posted November 6, 2006 We have mostly ate green leafy vegetables raw in the past. Don't have a clue what to do with cooked green leafy veges? Kids are intolerant to all legumes..don't think it is the fibre, allergic to peanuts. Can't use eggs, yogurt is not tolerated well. they are not picky.. they ate many bowls of plain raw romaine lettuce in past.they even ate plain spinach.Love sphagetti SQ and meatballs. How long is it neccessary to cooked leafy veges for?want to save some of the nutrients. Will attempt some cabbage rolls tonight. Tired of broccoli, cauliflower,carrots.....
