Hey, I didn't take the creatine.glutamine initially . Here's what I noticed.

I was fatigued,slt. weak. I was doing aerobics early on,so maybe burning more

muscle???? Anyway I threw creatine in the broth and do think it helped. Then

I was getting shoulder pain with the wt. lifting portion (don't be

impressed,they were 1-2 lbs. each)-I then added the glutamine,and that seemed

to help. The biggest difference I've noticed,though was the adding of the ZMA

fuel-zinc,magnesium,B6( avail. @GNC.(per Doc R's suggestion). I honestly did

it because I was menstruating and craving chocolate. A friend told me that I

may be craving magnesium.The next day Doc.R added it to the supplement list.

Maybe it's the combonation,but feel I'm mending more efficiently than

previously noted. Maybe it's in my head? At least it takes up alot of room

and keeps me full.
