Someone else mentioned this on this list and I just wanted to agree!!

For anyone needing a spaghetti substitute I just received the spiral slicer from

www.allysacohen.com and it works like magic. can finally have zucchini

spaghetti with her special spaghetti sauce. Spaghetti used to be one of her

favorite foods and spaghetti squash just doesn't do the trick for her. Because

we're on SCD she can't have the corn and rice substitutes. Isn't it wonderful to

get so excited by kitchen appliances?
