Wow, ! :-)

I am so impressed that you had the where-with-all to respond so well

to your doctor's comment about RP'ers lifespans. You're right,

doctors can only know what they read and there is definitely some

outdated info on RP out there. The other thing, sometimes, only the

most serious and complicated cases are mentioned in the articles...so

maybe sometimes doctors assume all cases will be that way.

One more thing....maybe you can get this doctor to agree to keep you

on the Biaxin indefinitely....for your heart, of course :-)
