The set comes with forty bags in three sizes, small medium and large. The day I first posted about them I packaged (and you do not wash first) strawberries, red seedless grapes and blueberries, each in separate bags.. I have made a combination raw fruit cocktail of the three every morning since then and they are as fresh as the the day I purchased the produce. I also have a caulliflower, some green beans and some Brussels Sprouts bagged and they are crisp and fresh. Beans usually start getting brown spots the day after you buy them, but not this time. This means I can now get the more costly organic produce knowing it will not go bad and have to be discarded. These bags are great if you cook for one. There will be an incentive to eat more vegeatbles and make a wider choiceI was able to have six large zucchinis on hand too. I was so pleased I actually mailed my satisfaction to our Shopping Channel which sold out on the product and has reorded it. they also gave me a money back guarranty. Since I am che mically sensitive, I worried that i might react to the material and happily did not and there is no odor or tstae leached into the produce. I have no $$$ interest in the bags.
