Did anyone have an ANA test ?

I spoke with my Dr. today and he said that the results of my ANA

test were negative. Did anyone have an ANA test as a way to confirm

their diagnosis? I'm wondering what the significance of a negative

ANA is, if any in relation to RP. Thanks!
