I have been buying more than one variety of milk for years. Whole milk for

the kids and 1% for Steve and me. The kids, esp. the cfer, need the extra

fat and calories. I recommend at least 2% for the kids. Besides, kids tend

to HATE skim milk. They may not like 2%, either.

Of course, the cfer lives elsewhere, now, but the other one still hates low

fat milk, so I'm still buying both.
