Guest guest
I prefer blanched. It's better for beginners, too.... b/c the unblanched " natural " type has the skins left on... they just grind them up. It will have little brown bits in it that are a little harder to digest. Blanched is probably more expensive. I like the blanched almond flour at Lucy's Kitchen Shop. Not a bad price if you order 5 lbs or more. Patti Blanched or natural almond flour? I was shopping for almond flour on nuts4you.com and saw both types. Which one is better for baking? Thanks. a
Guest guest
I believe that you are supposed to stick with the blanched almond flour.
