Guest guest
, I went on disabillity for the following reasons: chronic pancreatitis, juvenile diabetes, factor V Leiden, bursitis in both hips, high cholesterol, high triglycerides, loss of memory and concentration.. While my health problems were considered severe, it was the loss of memory and concentration IN ADDITION TO those health problems, confirmed by their own psychologist, that finally decided them on approving my disability. My initial claim and appeal were denied and I had to go the route of the trial hearing. I was lucky in that the judge I got approved mine just from reading the stuff in my file and I did not have to actually go to the hearing, though most people usually do as that is where most of the approvals come from. I hope this is of some help to you. Kimber -- Kimber Vallejo, CA hominid2@... Note: All advice given is personal opinion, not equal to that of a licensed physician or health care professional.
