Guest guest
Hello Heidi, I'm sorry you're disappointed about the pseudocysts. I know you were so much hoping to see them decrease. I wondered myself, and I'm sure you did too, if the fact that you've been feeling better was an indication that they were in fact shrinking. I do hope the good feelings continue and that they do finally resolve themselves. I have no idea how long that can take. I expect it's the unknown? Thank you for your good wishes after my flare-up. Yes, I think I'll be more careful about ever saying I'm doing well! I have to contact my GP on Tuesday to see what the ESR and CPR (CRP?!) were in to- day's blood tests. I may be having my appointment with Prof N. brought forward if the doc thinks there's real cause for concern. Naturally I'm worried because 63 is high. I can't see it being lower to-day after my very recent bad flare-up. Actually, my colleage is refusing to ask anyone else on the Barcelona trip just in case I get good news on Tuesday! She is very kind. As you say Heidi, looking at the famous stadium, olympic or not, is not exactly my cup of tea and neither is the adventure theme park!! I'm more into abbeys, cathedrals and other sites of historical interest........as well as shops of course. Can't ever resist those, I'm afraid. I'd love to be with the youngsters, of course, wherever we go, so it is a pity but that's just life. They will of course visit the cathedral and main sites in Barcelona as well! We're not complete philistines even when we have a bunch of teenagers with us (!!) but you have to include things which they especially enjoy as well. I believe there's an interesting sports museum at the stadium. I do feel a lot better to-day but now I definitely don't trust that feeling. Strangely enough, the flare-up started with diarrhoea and I think I remember you saying that this was often a warning sign for you of an impending attack? My feet are fine with the new orthotics. On Sunday I had feet AND panc both in very good order! Hope it happens again soon! Do take care and keep feeling well. Thanks again for kind thoughts. With very good wishes, Fliss (UK)
