My daughter does this when the weather changes back & fourth. Mostly in the

spring and fall, when we are in transition between hot and cold or cold and

hot. Most times it works itself out. I watch her temperature everyday and

also watch to see if she is more tired than usual.

Go figure??? It is always a guessing game. Hopefully we guess right. Just

like the doctors do.

sick or not

Does this ever happen to your kids....

My son (7 wcf) will one day be coughing real junky, and the next day

not, then the next day he will have a headache, runny nose, sneezing

and coughing, and feverish, then the day after that he will be fine,

with barely any cough. He doesn't have any allergy (been tested for

many many) except silicone picc line (of all things!)

I don't know how to interpret this. Is he getting sick? Is he

fighting something? Last time this happened, it went on for three-

four weeks on and off, and finally they gave him IV's, but they

didn't help (bactim helped though, as he cultured steno). His most

recent culture was clean, but he has cultured pseudo and staph as

well as steno.

Any opinions?
