Judy,

This moves me to say: This is the first day of the rest of my life;

Today I enjoyed my first day of retirement.

My car was 1000 overdue for an oil change, it is done.

I've been meaning to get a file safe for some of out records.

Done.

My new Town Car needed a bit of TLC, it got it.

I like this schedule. Tomorrow I am going to see my children in SC.

I am taking the lap top they gave me for retirment so I can stay in touch.

One of my sons is joining me for the week at the condo in Surfside. He deserved a break from a broken marriage and problems and the condo has a spare BR.

Life is good. I wish I could share my joy with all of you. My flaring ears are in remission right now, just tender and itching and I wonder how long before "flare"!

Love you all, Bob " retired from" http://www.lexpublib.org

Enjoy your retirement! Sounds like you have a good start on it anyway! I will be sending good thoughts and prayers that the RP stays in the sleep mode, as Heidi would say.

Lots of love

Glenda
