Volunteers for the Foundation and my yearly nag session

Hi everyone. Okay, I will make this short and sweet. LOL

I just want to remind everyone to go get their bone density test, order your

medic alert ID, and women, have your yearly mammogram and pap. These are SO

important. Don't worry, I will nag you all at a later date to remind you.

Okay, now to the Foundation. I am always asking for volunteers. I was

thinking the other night. Gosh, we are all sick. How can we all manage to

get as much done as we want. While at my sisters, it dawned on me, we need

HEALTHY people to help us. LOL SO.... if you have a friend or relative who

really wants to help you out, have them volunteer for working with the

Foundation. They can take brochures (they will be done soon) to drs.

offices, hospitals etc, or if they are interested in helping with a

committee, have them contact me or any other board member. We will put them

to work. Just a thought. So start recruiting. LOL
