Can certain symptoms of conditions one has flare up on the intro diet?

Seems like the chronic fatigue issues I have such as fatigue, sore

throat/cold symptoms, muscle aches, etc, are flaring today (day 2 of

intro). I figure if it's normal it's temporary. Maybe I'll take some

charcoal later. I have candida & bacteria issues.

The kiddos all seem fine so far; no reactions that I can tell. ASD son

was a little " giddy " this morning, sometimes signaling a yeast flare,

but he's had that before & it passed; he's quite calm today. I noticed

daughter did have a very formed poo today.

Thanks, Michele

Michele..... Sounds like you are having typical die-off symptoms. It should be

temporary. A bath with epsom salts may help, too.

Remember that as yeast and bacteria die, they give off the same toxins that they

do when down there thriving in the gut...... only they might give off a LOT of

that toxin all at once.
